We’re looking for dynamic and ambitious fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Program (MTO) in Business Development, with a specialization in Marketing. This is a permanent role with a 6 month trainee phase, designed to groom future leaders in client acquisition, digital marketing, and business growth strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
As an MTO – Business Development (Marketing Specialization), you will:
✅ Lead Generation & Client Acquisition – Identify and engage potential clients through research, outreach, and networking.
✅Digital Marketing & Brand Awareness – Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
✅ Freelance Platforms Mastery – Gain expertise in Upwork & Fiverr (bidding, proposal writing, and profile optimization).
✅ Market Research & Analysis – Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
✅ Client Relationship Management – Support in building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
✅ Sales & Business Development Support – Assist in drafting proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
✅ Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor and report on KPIs, campaign performance, and business development metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
✔ Strong academic record (preference for candidates with marketing coursework or projects).
✔ Basic understanding of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing).
✔ Excellent written & verbal English (non-negotiable).
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM tools, social media platforms, freelance marketplaces).
