Position Overview

We are seeking a high-potential Management Trainee Officer – Client Relationship to join our growth engine and accelerate pipeline expansion initiatives. This role is designed for early-career professionals with strong commercial acumen, data-driven mindset, and a passion for revenue optimization. The incumbent will undergo structured on-the-job exposure across sales operations, market intelligence, client engagement, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end lead generation, prospect qualification, and opportunity conversion workflows.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, pitch decks, and business cases aligned with value propositions.
• Track KPIs, CRM updates, pipeline health, and performance dashboards for management reporting.
• Participate in client meetings, product demos, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Execute ad-hoc strategic projects to improve process efficiency, revenue scalability, and customer acquisition.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or entry-level preferred.
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Must be fluent in English.

Type: On-site / Full-time

Salary: PKR 40,000 to 50,000 + Highly Attractive Commission
