Position: MTO - Community Management

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates withrelevant internship/experience can apply.

Salary: Rs. 37,000/-

Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Moderation

• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all social media platforms.
• Build and nurture an engaged online community.
• Escalate critical issues to relevant departments when required.

Inbox & Query Management

• Handle daily inbound queries on all platforms.
• Provide accurate information on services, promotions, and policies.
• Track FAQs and document recurring queries for process improvement.

Brand Reputation & Insights

• Monitor public sentiment and online feedback.
• Address negative comments professionally to prevent escalation.
• Identify trends and share actionable insights with management.

Content & Growth Support

• Support content teams with feedback from the community.
• Suggest trending topics and viral opportunities to boost engagement.
• Help optimize social media strategies for growth and reach.
