Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Digital Marketing

About the Role:
We are seeking a Management Trainee Officer – Digital Marketing with a strong interest in creative ad copywriting and social media marketing. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to kickstart their career by crafting engaging ad copies and learning how creative content drives successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write catchy and persuasive ad copies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative campaign ideas.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to create impactful messaging.
• Support the marketing team in managing campaigns and analyzing copy performance.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to align visuals with written content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, English, or a related field.
• Passion for writing and creativity in crafting short, impactful messages.
• Good command of written English (grammar, tone, and style).
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
• A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-time
Timings: 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: Market Competitive
