Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Digital Marketing

About the Role:
We are looking for a Management Trainee Officer – Digital Marketing who is passionate about creative ad copywriting and social media marketing. This role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to kickstart their career by crafting engaging ad copies and learning how creative content drives successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write catchy and persuasive ad copies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative campaign ideas.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to create impactful messaging.
• Support the marketing team in managing campaigns and analyzing copy performance.
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to align visuals with written content.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Passion for writing and creativity in crafting short, impactful messages.
• Any prior writing experience, including academic, freelance, or content creation, is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and social media platforms.
• A self-starter who is eager to learn and grow.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi (Onsite)
