MTO - Finance

We are seeking a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Accounts & Finance to support the payment function of our organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to accounts payable, payment processing, compliance, and ERP systems.

Position: MT0-Finance

Location: Defence Phase 8

Qualification: BBA/MBA

Duty Timings: 10am-6pm

Salary: 37000

Working Days: 6 days

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing vendor and service payments
• Support verification of invoices against PO, GRN, and approvals
• Help maintain payment trackers and schedules
• Assist in adjusting advances and prepaid expenses
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and finance teams
• Support GST/TDS compliance and basic statutory filings
• Assist in bank entries, vouchers, and reconciliations
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits
• Learn and work on ERP-based accounting processes
