Job Description:

The MTO HR will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, attendance management, employee documentation, and coordination with different departments. This position is suitable for fresh graduates who want to build a career in HR within the garments industry.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as CV shortlisting, interview coordination, and record keeping.
  • Support attendance, leave, and employee data management on a daily basis.
  • Help maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate with departments regarding manpower requirements and HR matters.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Support in HR reports, letters, and basic HR MIS preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and maintain confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship experience will be an advantage).

Good communication skills in English and Urdu.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Willingness to learn, responsible attitude, and good coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
