Job Summary:

Shafi Sons Engineering Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MTO – HR to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes (job postings, CV screening, interviews)
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support attendance and leave management systems
• Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Help in performance management and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Provide administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, BBA, or relevant field
• Fresh to 1 year of experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

• Good organizational and time management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow
• Basic understanding of HR practices
