Job Description:

The Management Trainee Officer – HR & Administration will support the Human Resources and Administration departments in day-to-day operations. The role involves assisting in HR processes, office administration, coordination with departments, record management, and ensuring smooth administrative and workplace operations. This position is suitable for a motivated individual willing to learn and grow in HR and administrative functions in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth workplace operations.
  • Handle office supplies, stationery, and inventory control.
  • Coordinate with security, maintenance, and housekeeping staff.
  • Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper upkeep of office premises.
  • Maintain records of office assets, utilities, and administrative documents.
  • Assist in arranging meetings, trainings, and official events.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for administrative requirements.

Job Requirements:

Basic knowledge of HR and administrative functions.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, and email).

Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
