- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding processes.
- Manage and track employee attendance, leave records, and shift rosters to ensure accurate documentation.
- Prepare and issue HR correspondence such as appointment letters, confirmations, and disciplinary notices.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR databases in both physical and digital formats.
- Coordinate training programs, collect participant feedback, and keep detailed training records.
- Support monthly payroll processing by reviewing and validating attendance and leave data.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, labor regulations, and compliance standards.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, documentation, and assist during internal and external audits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and attendance matters in a timely manner.
