MTO IT

The IT MTO will be responsible for sporting seamless IT operations at the amusement park. This includes software support, network and CCTV maintenance, IT asset management, and troubleshooting day-to-day technical issues across the facility. The role requires a hands-on professional with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, CCTV, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in managing user accounts, email setup, and access permissions.
• Support routine system backups, updates, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff.
• Maintain logs of IT issues, resolutions, and inventory.
• Assist in software deployment, antivirus updates, and system monitoring.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementation.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
• Visit outlets/facilities when required for IT-related tasks or troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and networking.
• Understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
