A.A Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of MTO Marketing for its Head Office based in Karachi

Position: MTO - Marketing

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates withrelevant internship/experience can apply.

Salary: Rs. 37,000/

Job Responsibilites:

• Assist in execution of marketing campaigns (digital & on-ground)
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, and branding installations
• Maintain and manage marketing documentation (PRs, POs, invoices, minute sheets)
• Track marketing expenses vs. budget
• Maintain record of all campaign executions (photos, reports, proofs)
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth on-ground execution
• Support social media content coordination and campaign rollout
• Assist in event setups, activations, and launch activities
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and SOPs
• Follow ups regarding marketing related communications
