MTO- Merchandiser

Job Description:

The MTO Merchandising will support the merchandising team in handling buyer orders, production follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who want to build a career in garment merchandising and learn the complete order execution process from sampling to shipment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior merchandisers in handling buyer orders and daily merchandising activities.
• Coordinate with sampling, production, PPC, and quality departments for order follow-up.
• Help in preparing and updating order sheets, T&A plans, and production status reports.
• Follow up on samples, approvals, and lab dips as per buyer requirements.
• Support in material sourcing coordination with stores and procurement teams.
• Maintain proper documentation related to orders, buyers, and production records.
• Learn buyer communication and assist in emails, order confirmations, and follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion Design, Garment Manufacturing, or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship experience is a plus).

Basic knowledge of garment manufacturing and merchandising processes.

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Willingness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
