MTO- Procurement Female

Soft Nation Technologies is looking for MTO Procurement Female to join the team

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 12pm-9pm

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure materials, products, and services as per business requirements
• Identify and evaluate new vendors and maintain an approved supplier list
• Prepare and process purchase orders, RFQs, and contracts
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid shortages or overstocking
• Track order status, delivery schedules, and resolve supply-related issues
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation
• Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs
• Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payments, and budget adherence

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh –1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and inventory management
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good English communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines
