We are looking for motivated, professional, and career-oriented individuals to join our Digital Sales Internship Program. This paid internship provides hands-on exposure to international sales operations, client communication, and project coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals aiming to build a long-term career in digital sales.

As a Digital Sales Intern, you will collaborate closely with international clients and internal development teams, contributing actively to business growth, client engagement, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle New Queries: Act as the first point of contact for incoming client queries on Fiverr, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Client Onboarding: Guide potential clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to project start.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and document detailed project requirements.
• Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Sales Support: Assist in upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients where appropriate.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure that client expectations are communicated and met.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Fresh graduates and undergraduates with the know-how of client management or sales, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Understanding of the Fiverr platform and how to effectively engage with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple queries and tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
