Job Description:

Shafi Sons Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Recovery to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in accounts receivable and recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
• Maintain records of receivables and recovery status
• Coordinate with accounts and sales departments
• Prepare recovery reports and aging analysis
• Communicate with clients regarding dues and payment plans
• Ensure timely collection of payments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, Finance, or related field
• Fresh or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
