MTO SALES ENGINEER

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated and energetic fresh engineers to join our team as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales Engineer. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in technical sales, customer handling, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in technical sales activities and client coordination
• Understand company products and provide technical support to customers
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic technical documentation
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and service departments
• Maintain client data, follow-ups, and reports
• Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities
• Learn end-to-end sales processes during the training period

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Fresh graduates with 1–2 internships (sales/technical/industrial preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized university
• Preferred disciplines:
• Metallurgy
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Electronics Engineering
• Medical / Biomedical Engineering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a team environment
• Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Email)
