MTO SALES ENGINEER

SAMA ENGINEERING is hiring a motivated and technically sound MTO Sales Engineer to join our sales and business development team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career candidates who want to build their career in technical sales, industrial solutions, and client management within the engineering and manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior sales team in business development activities
• Conduct client follow-ups, meetings, and product presentations
• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with engineering team
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Support in generating new leads and maintaining client relationships
• Participate in site visits and project discussions
• Learn industrial sales processes and technical product handling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Industrial / Electrical Engineering
• Fresh to 1 year experience in sales or engineering field
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good technical understanding and learning attitude
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Confident personality with problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Interest in technical sales and business development
• Internship or project experience in industrial/manufacturing sector will be a plus
• Candidate should be comfortable with client meetings and field visits
