We’re Hiring: Video Editor (Trainee) – MTO Audio & Visual

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) in Audio & Visual.

Responsibilities:

• Strong command of AI tools
• Stay updated on new editing tools, techniques, and AI advancements
• Edit raw footage into clean, high-quality videos for internal and external use
• Work with the production team to understand project ideas and direction
• Perform basic color correction, sound syncing, and audio enhancement
• Maintain consistent style, pacing, and storytelling across all videos
• Assist in pre-production and post-production tasks, including organizing footage and files
• Handle cameras, lighting, and audio equipment when required
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining high quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film, Mass Communication, or a related field (mandatory)
