- Keep industrial production equipment running—mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, including PLC-driven machinery.
- Triage issues quickly, execute preventive maintenance, and implement upgrades to boost reliability.
- Use blueprints, schematics, service manuals, and OEM instructions to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Support general labor when needed and assist with facilities maintenance.
- Contribute to the design and fabrication of new machines and enhancements to existing assets.
- Work confidently inside motor control panels (230–480V, 3-phase).
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts for equipment moves and elevated work.
- Perform maintenance around hydraulic presses in a manufacturing environment.
- Own safety: keep areas clean, organized, and compliant.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years in industrial, multi-craft maintenance (Maintenance Technician/Mechanic background).
- Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and clear communication—effective solo or on a team.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure.
- Blueprint/schematic literacy; adept with manuals and technical documentation.
- Hands-on skills in welding, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and utilities.
- Basic computer skills for troubleshooting aids and documentation.
- Willingness to work required overtime.
- Production environment experience is a plus.
- Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the day.
