Your Impact as Our Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Serve as a trusted financial partner to your portfolio of automotive industry clients
• Manage the complete monthly financial cycle including reconciliations, transaction entry, and financial statement review
• Process client payroll and maintain accurate payroll records
• Build relationships with clients while collecting necessary documentation
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies through careful analysis
• Contribute to our team-based approach to bookkeeping excellence
• We offer performance-based pay that increases as you take on and manage more clients successfully

What You Bring to the Table

• 3+ years of multi-entity bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks Online proficiency is required
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities
• Problem-solving skills and self-starter attitude
• GAAP and accrual basis accounting knowledge (preferred)
• Tech-savvy approach to leveraging accounting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to our specialized automotive niche procedures
• Associate's Degree or professional certificate preferred
• Automotive industry experience a plus
