Multi Family Apartment Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Manager to join our property management team in Austin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our apartment complex (and neighboring complexes), ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our residents. The Apartment Manager will be responsible for managing the leasing process, coordinating maintenance and improvement projects, and the use of property management software. **Responsibilities:**

- Manage the overall operations of the apartment complex

- Coordinate and manage the leasing process, including showings, tours, and advertising

- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including coordinating with vendors and contractors.

- Manage and maintain accurate records, including tenant files, maintenance logs, and property records.

- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding promptly to concerns and addressing any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and improve overall resident satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- At least 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.

- Proven experience in customer service and sales.

- Experience with Property Management Software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Experience with property leasing and maintenance is preferred.

- Knowledge of property maintenance and repair procedures is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
