Multi-Location Vendor & Inventory Manager – Corner Stores/Smoke Shops

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Vendor & Inventory Manager to oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships across five corner store/smoke shop locations. The ideal candidate will ensure that all stores are consistently stocked, maintain accurate pricing, and manage vendor performance, helping to optimize operations and profitability. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and takes ownership of multi-location inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update inventory lists for all five store locations every 2–3 days, identifying missing items and low-stock products.
  • Purchase and replenish groceries, smoke shop supplies, and other merchandise as needed to keep stores fully stocked.
  • Monitor and adjust product pricing to stay competitive with the market.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality products, and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Track vendor performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain stock reliability.
  • Collaborate with store managers and cross-functional teams to align inventory levels and vendor capabilities with business needs.
  • Conduct analysis to identify supply issues or trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize data and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar) to monitor inventory, pricing, and vendor performance.
  • Oversee stock organization, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment as needed across all locations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, procurement, and retail operations, preferably across multiple locations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed inventory lists, pricing, and product restocking.
  • Experience in vendor negotiation, sourcing, and relationship management.
  • Familiarity with grocery, convenience store, and smoke shop products and market trends.
  • Ability to perform hands-on work, including stocking, lifting, and store maintenance.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or retail inventory software.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to make informed inventory and purchasing decisions.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
