Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multi-Media Designer to own and elevate our visual presence across all digital channels. This role blends creating performance-driven, engaging, customer-first creative for all marketing initiatives and social media ownership.

You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life—ensuring consistency, clarity, and creativity across our websites, marketing and customer engagement emails, organic and paid social, affiliate presence, and display ads — collaborating closely with UX/UI, SEO, Communications, and Paid Origination colleagues (among others).

What You’ll Do:

Own Visual Design Across Channels

  • Establish and improve unified look/feel for brand to reflect our values and engage target audiences – consistent with our brand voice;
  • Translate marketing strategies into compelling, on-brand creative;
  • Concept, design, produce, and maintain high-quality visual assets;
  • Contribute to scalable design systems and reusable assets; and
  • Maintain brand guidelines/standards and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • UX/UI Support – Partner to create visuals (icons, illustrations, imagery, etc.) for our websites including consistent state-/product-specific pages/content;
  • SEO Support – Implement best-practices for file properties (sizing, naming, tagging, etc.) to ensure optimized discoverability and site experience;
  • Communications – Create visuals for blog posts, customer support and engagement emails, and text messages. assist with email layout (Mailchimp);
  • Paid Origination - Develop image and motion ads for campaigns and affiliate content; and
  • Miscellaneous – Support operations, human resources, internal initiatives, etc. with occasional, on-demand creative needs.

Social Media Ownership

  • Contribute to/maintain central content calendar for timely, aligned posts;
  • Create, schedule, post, and respond across multiple social platforms; and
  • Monitor performance analytics to ensure data-driven improvement.

Performance Optimization

  • Provide alternate content for A/B user testing for high-opportunity executions;
  • Incorporate findings from internal and third-party platforms (GA4, Mouseflow, Mailchimp, etc.) to guide enhancement opportunities; and
  • Stay current on relevant and industry design and execution trends to ensure best practices across all design work.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or multimedia design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating cross-channel design work (social, web, email, ads)
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
  • Experience working with brand guidelines and design systems
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and how visuals support usability
  • Familiarity or experience In WordPress
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and data-driven design decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion graphics, audio/video production, and editing
