About the Role

We are hiring Multimedia Faculty Trainees who are passionate about design, and digital media. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who wish to start a career in teaching and training multimedia subjects while gaining hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior faculty in teaching Graphic Design,UI/UX and Web Design, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, and VFX.
• Support in preparing lesson materials, projects, and practical assignments.
• Help students during lab sessions with multimedia software.
• Learn and use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Maya, Blender,Nuke etc.
• Participate in workshops, training, and student project reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Multimedia, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of design/animation software.
• Creative mindset with willingness to learn.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Internship/project experience in multimedia or design.
• Knowledge of digital content creation and social media trends.
