Multi-Platform E-Commerce, Upwork Bidder & Digital Marketing Specialist

We are a dynamic and fast-growing company seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and execute tasks across multiple e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Etsy.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Facebook and TikTok.
• Handle Upwork project bidding, client communication, and proposal writing.
• Create professional, high-quality designs for marketing campaigns and product branding.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to maintain excellent service.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics across platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing multiple e-commerce platforms successfully.
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools).
• Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong client handling and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in a similar multi-skill role is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of paid advertising (PPC, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Understanding of marketplace policies and compliance.
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
