Job Title: Full-Time Team Member – Trophies Café

Job Type: Spring; Part Time 15-20hrs a week // Summer; Full time 25-35hrs a week
Pay rate: Starting at $14/hr, with potential increase

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time team member who is comfortable working across multiple roles, including prep cook, barista, and cashier. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for food and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Summer (Kitchen Role):
• Work closely with the back-of-house manager to prepare and assemble food items.
• Ensure all food is prepared to Trophies Café’s high standards of taste and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Winter (Barista & Cashier Role):
• Prepare coffee and espresso drinks to order.
• Take customer orders and handle cash register transactions accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Full-time availability is required.
• A passion for food, coffee, and hospitality.
• Ability to work in both back-of-house and front-of-house roles.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
• Previous experience in food service or barista work is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented approach.

• Starting at $14/hr with potential to increase.
