Multi-Site Leasing Consultant 54-01

Seeking a qualified Leasing Consultant.

Ideal candidate will be upbeat, organized and possess excellent communication and closing skills both on the phone and in person.

Qualifications:

• High School education or equivalent
• Possess super customer service, telephone and communication skills
• Resman experience a plus

Essential Functions:

• Provides a daily inspection of show apartments and model appearance
• Handles all aspects of leasing apartments, including greeting prospective residents, touring the community and closing the sale prior to move-in
• Assist property management team in marketing; Monitor the accuracy of advertisements, accurately and consistently documents traffic marketing sources and assist in leasing events and promotions
• Ability to take direction and work as a team player
• Maintains working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules and regulations concerning single family leasing and management
• Performs daily inspection of common areas and community amenities
• Must have reliable transportation in order to conduct showings and attend meetings
• Must be available to work weekends
