Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Multi-Site Maintenance Engineer to support the ongoing maintenance, repair, and operational needs of multiple medical office locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing, basic carpentry, troubleshooting, and general facility maintenance. Experience working in a medical or healthcare environment is strongly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs across multiple company locations
- Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues, including outlets, lighting, switches, and minor equipment connections
- Address plumbing repairs such as leaks, fixtures, drains, and restroom maintenance
- Complete basic carpentry tasks including door adjustments, wall repairs, shelving, cabinetry, and minor construction projects
- Perform preventative maintenance on facility systems and equipment
- Assist with office build-outs, equipment moves, installations, and minor renovations
- Coordinate with outside vendors when specialized repairs are required
- Maintain safe working conditions and ensure compliance with facility standards
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues at any assigned site
- Track completed work and report maintenance needs to management
- Spare Parts Coordination: Catalog, organize, and maintain the internal inventory of spare parts to ensure minimal downtime for operations.
- Inventory Accuracy: Perform regular cycle counts and update our internal tracking system whenever parts are checked out or received.
- Technical Support Basics: Assist with basic workstation setups, including connecting peripherals (monitors, keyboards, mice) and ensuring cables are properly routed.
Qualifications
- Experience in facility maintenance required
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and complete repairs efficiently
- Inventory Software: Proficiency in using digital inventory management systems to track stock levels.
- Communication: Comfortable using email (Outlook/Gmail) for professional communication and internal updates.
- Hardware Familiarity: Ability to distinguish between different types of spare parts and basic computer components.
- General Tech Literacy: You should be the "go-to" person who isn't intimidated by plugging in a computer, setting up a docking station, or troubleshooting a loose cable.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to travel between multiple company locations as needed
- Preferred experience in a medical, radiology, or healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to urgent operational needs
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with HVAC systems
- Experience working around medical equipment or healthcare facility infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of building safety requirements
Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends when needed
- Must be available to travel between sites based on operational demand.
Compensation
- $23-$28 (could increase based on knowledge, experience and performance).
- Mileage reimbursement applies under qualifying travel circumstances

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
