Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician – Holiday Homes

We are looking for a dependable and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to support our Holiday Homes operations. The role involves maintaining multiple short-term rental units, ensuring all properties are in excellent working condition for guest check-ins, and responding promptly to maintenance requests. The ideal candidate should be skilled in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general property maintenance, with the ability to work efficiently across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance-related issues, and and painting repairs.
• Carry out quick maintenance fixes between guest check-in/check-out periods.
• Conduct property inspections before check-in to ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance issues and provide timely solutions.
• Repair and maintain home appliances: AC units, washing machines, refrigerators, dishwashers, lights, etc.
• Coordinate with housekeeping teams to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
• Maintain inventory of essential spare parts, tools, and consumables.
• Install or repair fixtures including lights, faucets, door locks, curtains, furniture, and cabinets.
• Report major issues to the management.
• Ensure all maintenance work meets safety and quality standards.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities and completed jobs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in Holiday Homes, Hotels, Facilities Management, or Residential Properties.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, Paint works, and basic HVAC systems.
• Hands-on experience with household appliances and general repairs.
• Ability to respond quickly to urgent issues, especially during guest stays.
• Ability to travel between multiple properties within the UAE.
• Good communication skills (English required).

Preferred Skills

• Electrical Works, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting, and Furniture repair.
• Knowledge of smart locks, access systems, and basic networking.
• Experience working with property management or short-term rental companies.
