We’re continuing to strengthen our Property Services team and are now looking for two experienced Multi-Skilled Plumbers to join Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG).
If you’re a qualified plumber with experience in housing maintenance, who enjoys varied work and takes pride in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference to our homes and communities.
About the Role
As a Multi-Skilled Plumber, you’ll deliver a responsive and high-quality repairs and maintenance service across WCHG properties. Plumbing will be your core trade, but you’ll also carry out a range of associated multi-skilled works to support efficient service delivery and ensure jobs are completed right first time.
You’ll work independently and alongside other trades, engaging directly with tenants, working safely in occupied homes, and ensuring properties are left clean, secure and in good condition.
