Multi Skilled Plumber (full time)

Your Role

At EPM, you’ll be at the forefront of providing top-quality property maintenance services to both commercial and private clients. A significant portion of your work will be reactive, often involving multiple jobs per day, so adaptability and efficiency are key. Depending on your skills and experience, tasks may include:

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Plumbing
• Electrics
• Carpentry
• Decorating
• Plastering
• Lock repairs
• Roofing

You may also handle occasional installation work and planned maintenance.

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable with reactive work in a fast-paced setting.
• Skilled in one or more trades (minimum of one trade qualification required).
• Confident with technology, as you’ll be using our app to accurately complete job sheets and record details consistently.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• In possession of a clean driving license.
