Multi-Skilled Technician

We are hiring a Multi Skilled Technician to join our company.

1. Multi-Skilled Technician

Expertise in AC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Handyman services.

• Must have experience working in villas, apartments, and offices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine and maintenance independently.

2. Mason

• Skilled in block work, plastering, tiling, and general masonry tasks.
• Experience with both residential and commercial projects.

3. Others: Finishing Carpenter, Tiler or Tile Setter

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform Routine and Preventative Maintenance.
• Perform Fit-out works.
• Provide Technical Support.
• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills.
• Knowledge of Safety Standards and Protocols.
• Soft Skills, English Communication Skills and Flexibility.
• With Driver's License is a plus

The candidate mush have:

• Experience with handling necessary tools and equipment.
• Must have minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Services or in Property Maintenance field.
