Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Multi-Skilled Technician to carry out Air Conditioning (AC), Painting, Deep Cleaning, and Marble restoration/maintenance works across residential, commercial, and retail projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in one or more of these trades and be committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AC maintenance, troubleshooting, servicing, and minor installation works.
• Carry out painting works including surface preparation, patchwork, sanding, priming, and finishing.
• Execute deep cleaning services for residential, commercial, and office premises.
• Perform marble polishing, crystallization, grinding, restoration, and maintenance works.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and according to company quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Follow health and safety regulations while working on-site.
• Report site issues, material requirements, and work progress to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with team members to complete projects within deadlines.
• Attend emergency maintenance calls when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in AC, Painting, Deep Cleaning, Marble Works, or Facility Maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working on multiple sites.
• Familiarity with UAE safety standards is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is an added advantage but not mandatory.

• Multi-trade experience in maintenance and fit-out works.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
