Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrical & Maintenance)

Overview

We are urgently seeking a reliable, proactive, and highly skilled Multi-Skilled Technician to support our active retail and commercial fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in electrical systems and be proficient in a minimum of two other trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical Systems (Primary Focus): Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all internal electrical wiring, lighting systems, circuit breakers, and power distribution units according to DEWA/SEWA compliance standards.
• Plumbing: Performing basic repair and installation of sanitary fittings and clearing blockages.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the UAE or GCC construction/facility maintenance industry.
• Certification: Relevant technical training certificate or trade license in Electrical Maintenance.
• Language: Basic English communication skills.
