About the Role:

Evoqaa, a leading fit-out and maintenance solutions provider, is seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Technicians to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality home maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repair and installation work across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, painting and HVAC.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently, first time.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify potential problems.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• Complete service reports and update work orders using digital systems.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients onsite.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar multi-skilled technician role in Dubai
• Valid UAE manual driving licence is mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Proven skills across in at least two trades (MEP & AC servicing)
• Must have experience with all types of ACs. Split units, FCU, VRF, VRV etc.
• Currently based in Dubai and available for face-to-face interview
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with digital job tracking tools or mobile apps is required
