Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman

These positions centre on delivering services across Housing Association contracts and commercial projects throughout North, Northwest, West, and East London, as well as Essex and Hertfordshire. On a day-to-day basis, you can expect a diverse range of tasks that span the full breadth of multi-trade responsibilities, such as basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and decorating. Additionally, some assignments may arise outside standard working hours, including occasional weekend work.

Candidates are required to have at least five years of relevant trade experience. Possessing your own vehicle, a full set of tools, and a valid CSCS Card is essential for these roles.
