Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman

As a Multi-Skilled operative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to joinery, plastering, roofing, and general construction work. Your primary duties will include:

Basic 1st Fix Joinery, plastering ,roofing, plumbing

Other desirable skills include knowledge of basic plumbing electrics, tiling etc

Working on both new construction projects and renovation projects

Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings

Utilizing various hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately

Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and meets safety regulations

Collaborating with other tradespeople and contractors on job sites

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled builder or similar role 5 years Minimum

Proficient in different building trades to a high standard

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Valid driver's license & own transport essential

Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to £750.00 per week
