Multi-State Licensed Staff Pharmacist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Multi-State Licensed Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate has as many state licenses as possible. The position includes both onsite supervision and remote administrative responsibilities. This position requires proficiency in regulatory compliance and oversight of the pharmacy.

Duties

  • Serve as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge per Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy laws
  • Oversee dispensing operations and workflow processes
  • Maintain controlled substance records and ensure DEA compliance
  • Prepare for and manage regulatory inspections and audits
  • Develop and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures
  • Supervise and train pharmacists, technicians, and support staff
  • Oversee quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
  • Manage inventory control and vendor relationships
  • Perform pharmacist duties including prescription verification and patient counseling as needed

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Texas Pharmacist license
  • Minimum 2-3 years of pharmacist experience
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations
  • Multi-state pharmacist licensure
  • Preferred previous pharmacy management experience
  • Experience in compounding, specialty, mail-order, or lab-based pharmacy
  • Strong organizational and compliance management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
