Role Overview

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll provide general support across departments including admin, digital marketing, content coordination, client communication, and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with internal teams
• Support SEO and content teams by uploading content, doing basic on-page edits, and reporting issues
• Help with social media posting and basic engagement (training will be provided if needed)
• Maintain client records and update CRM or project management tools
• Perform basic research and data entry tasks
• Follow up with clients for updates, documents, and approvals
• Support the website team with QA testing and cross-browser checks
• Handle miscellaneous operational tasks that ensure smooth workflow across the agency

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to switch between tasks efficiently and handle multiple priorities

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in sending emails, drafting proposals, Market Research etc.
• Good Communication Skills in English.
• Personal Assistant with multi domain
