Multi Technician

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Multi Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance across a wide range of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general civil works. You will ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Respond to maintenance requests and service calls in a timely manner..
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in good working condition.
• Provide daily reports and updates to the supervisor/engineer.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Multi Technician in Facilities Management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills with knowledge of English and Hindi.
