Multi Technician

About the Role:
Al Arsh Facilities Management LLC is seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join our home services team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repair and installation work across multiple trades including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and HVAC
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and rectify potential problems
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance tasks
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition
• Complete service reports and update work orders using digital systems
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients onsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in a similar multi-skilled technician role in Dubai
• Proven skills across at least two or more trades MEP and HVAC. Must be fully competent in FCU's, VRF, VRV, AHU, Cassette and Split AC units etc
• Currently based in Dubai and available for face-to-face interview
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with digital job tracking tools or mobile apps is an advantage
