Multi Technician

Key Responsibilities

1. General Maintenance

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and equipment.
• Respond to daily maintenance requests from guests and departments.
• Carry out minor repairs including painting, carpentry, tiling, and fixture replacement.

2. Electrical Tasks

• Repair or replace lighting, switches, sockets, and electrical machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and report major issues to the supervisor.

3. Plumbing Tasks

• Repair leaks, clogged drains, faucets, toilets, and basic plumbing fixtures.
• Inspect and maintain water supply lines and drainage systems.

4. HVAC & Mechanical

• Perform minor servicing of air-conditioning units, fan coils, and ventilation systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting HVAC problems and support external contractors.
