Multi Technician

We are a reputed Facilities Management company, looking for Multi-Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge across multiple trades and be able to perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance for building systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform multi-disciplinary maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and basic civil/repair works.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for all facility equipment and systems.
• Attend to reactive maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them promptly.
• Assist in the installation, repair, and servicing of building systems.
• Ensure all work complies with safety procedures, regulations, and company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Multi-Technician or similar maintenance role.
• Technical knowledge in at least two or more areas: Electrical / Plumbing / HVAC / Mechanical / Carpentry.
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related field (preferred).
• Good understanding of FM operations, tools, and safety standards.
• Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshooting manuals.
• Strong communication and team-working skills.
