Multi Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and repair system malfunctions and breakdowns.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Document maintenance activities and service work.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and departments.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns or urgent repairs.
• Assist in the installation of new equipments

• Job Requirements:
• Prior experience in a similar maintenance role
• Knowledge of HVAC and MEP systems
• Proficiency in basic carpentry and painting techniques
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Conversational level of English speaking, reading and writing is required.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
