Multi Technician

Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical works and troubleshooting (lighting, sockets, basic wiring, fault finding).
• Perform plumbing works, including bathroom maintenance, leak repairs, fittings replacement, and sanitary works.
• Handle tiling works, including small repairs and replacement of damaged tiles.
• Perform painting works for walls, ceilings, and touch-up jobs.
• Execute basic carpentry works such as door adjustments, locks, cabinets, shelves, and minor wood repairs.
• Attend breakdown calls and complete preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to quality standards.
• Report material requirements and maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi Technician / Maintenance Technician.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, tiling, and basic carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• Physically fit and able to work on-site.
• Team player with good work ethics.
• Experience in UAE maintenance projects is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)
