Multi Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to handle a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work, ensuring smooth and safe operation of facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems

· Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently

· Handle HVAC systems, air conditioners, and ventilation maintenance

· Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns

· Install, repair, and replace equipment and fixtures as required

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures

· Maintain maintenance records and report completed work

· Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls

· Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians when needed

Requirements & Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or similar role

· Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

· Ability to read technical drawings and manuals

· Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· Basic understanding of safety standards and regulations

· Physically fit and able to work in different environments

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience

· Minimum 1 year plus of relevant work experience (preferred)
