Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Multi Technician to handle preventive and corrective maintenance of restaurant and kitchen equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, and facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations by minimizing downtime and maintaining safety and hygiene standards in an F&B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ovens, chillers, freezers, dishwashers, and cooking equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of restaurant facilities.
- Repair lighting, switches, sockets, water lines, drainage, and basic carpentry works.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns in outlets or kitchen areas.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment checklists.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs when required.
- Support new outlet setup, equipment installation, and relocation works.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Maintenance field.
- Minimum 2–4 years experience as Multi Technician in F&B, hotel, or restaurant environment.
- Good knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults independently.
- Physically fit and able to handle site maintenance tasks.
- Basic English communication skills.
