This is a 3-year apprenticeship programme, combining classroom learning with hands-on experience in our Repairs & Maintenance team.

Next Step – Video Submission
Once you've submitted your application, you'll be asked to complete the next stage by submitting two short videos (up to 2 minutes each).
Applications close at midnight on Monday 25th May 2026. Assessments are scheduled to commence on the 15th, 17th & 18th of June.
We'd encourage you to apply early, as we may close applications ahead of the deadline depending on volume.
We'll also be hosting an Apprenticeship Open Day at our West Midlands Hub (50 Popes Lane, Oldbury, B69 4PN) on Thursday 14th May between 3pm – 6pm. This will be a great opportunity to find out more about the roles, meet members of the team, speak with current apprentices and ask any questions you may have.
