Multi-Trade Handyman

Location: New Braunfels / Canyon Lake Area
Pay: $20–$28/hr (depending on experience)

Lakeside Structures is looking for a dependable Multi-Trade Handyman with a solid construction background and the ability to work across several trades. This position is suited for someone with hands-on experience who takes pride in their work and can move between different tasks as projects require.

Our work involves a mix of painting, electrical installation, and carpentry, so the right candidate should be comfortable working with tools, solving problems in the field, and maintaining quality workmanship.

Typical Work Includes

• Interior and exterior painting with clean, professional results
• Running conduit and pulling wire
• Installing switches, outlets, lights, and electrical panels
• Deck construction and structural carpentry repairs
• Building concrete forms
• Assisting with general construction tasks as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on construction experience
• Strong ability in painting and finish work
• Working knowledge of electrical installation (running conduit, pulling wire, installing fixtures and panels)
• Carpentry experience including framing, deck building, or structural repairs
• Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather
• Able to work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Must provide basic hand tools
